I'll Find You a No Broker Fee Apartment in New York for Free

New York City is by far the toughest place to look for an apartment. Apartments come in all shapes and sizes. From sizes to prices everything is customizable when looking for an apartment in new york. This blog is for anyone searching for an apartment. I'm in the real estate business and will try to help you through out your new york city apartment search. Everything from where to look and what to look for will be discussed here.

"I will find you an apartment FREE- This is in BETA and for a limited time only" look to the bottom for details

If your an agent or real estate broker and wish to chime in please feel free to comment on any of the posts.

I will also let the average renter in on some secrets , secrets that most in the real estate business DON'T want you to know.

Lets get some of the basics out of the way:

No all brokers are bad, there are some that will actually get you into an apartment and are worth the money. Everyone complains that brokers charge to much, well there are people who are willing to pay and that's why they charge that much otherwise you wouldn't see such high broker fee prices would you?

Looking through newspapers sometimes still works however its getting less and less popular by the day. For instance the Daily News or the Village voice can sometimes reveal a good deal or two.

Don't be too picky, know your budget and what to expect. Apartments come and go all the time but if your looking for that castle in the sky just Fogettabout!

Now for the juicy stuff, if your looking for an NO BROKER FEE APARTMENT in new york I want to help,I would like to see what people are looking for and how they react to what I find in the price range. I have numerous sources NOT open to the public and am very confident if what your looking for is reasonable then I can get you what you want. Just reply to this post with some info about what your looking for in addition to you e-mail and I will email apartments that i think best match your criteria. What do you have to lose its 100% Free no obligation.

This is a great service you offer. I also offer apartment listings on my website, check it out and if you're interested in working out some sort of arrangement I'd be interested as many people email about specific apartment needs in the NY area, but I'm not equipped to help them out. Maybe you would be.

My son who is will be a junior at Marymount Manhattan college this fall is looking for an apartment close/near/within walking distance (and I don't care how far that walking distance is) to the college. He will be sharing expenses with two other young men. He has a king's desire on a pauper mom's budget--no more than $3000 a month, please. (The broker business sounds like a rip off to me, but I'm from Dallas where you can buy a 5000 square foot home for what is paid for rent in NYC......)

Are rental prices gooing up in Manhattan as sales slow?

Hi Richard,

No, New York apartments aren't really being affected by the housing crisis. The major reason for this is that demand is still so much greater than supply.

If you still see demand in NYC, do you think it is sustainable with what is going on elsewhere?

You know, if you want people to keep finding your NYC blog, you need to post in it once and a while. Otherwise you're just letting it rot.
